Bringing back to life historical monuments - A fresh breath of air for our glorious constructions

During the past decades we witnessed a significant development on the local market, by bringing “back to life” historical monuments. All these buildings make themselves remarkable by their unicity of construction and the architectural elements, details, and tones.

We see an attractive purpose of the private sector when purchasing old buildings, restoring, and renovating them. Many constructions that were almost ruined and almost collapsed are now modern residential or office buildings, retail spaces, or even mixed-use locations. We are more than proud to be able to take part in these developments and see how an emblematic building raises and glows again.

Our main target when starting a project like this is to keep the facades as built in the past and giving each building a fresh breath. We are truly proud to see all the projects we have been a part of transformed into impressive locations where the architectural style remains intact.

We are happy to share that in 2023 we worked within two massive projects that we guarantee to be breath-taking when finished. Vila Tomescu and Stirbei Palace became part of our portfolio, and we could not be happier.

Hagag Projects (H Victoriei 109 and H Victoriei 139), Campineanu 2, Magazinul Bucuresti, National Museum of History and Dumbrava Rosie are a few historical buildings that developed under our supervision and project management services. All of them are located in the near zone of Victoriei and we performed an incredible partnership with each developer.

How can we see more and more historical buildings renovated and brought back to life? One simple answer: professionalism, dedication and implication!
