CIJ Awards Gala, one of the most important and longest-running commercial property awards events in Romania, took place last evening, on 5th of December,at Radisson Blu Hotel in downtown Bucharest. After a successful year for the Romanian Construction and Real Estate market, the event has gathered together the most active market players from all sectors to celebrate projects, deliveries and companies that excelled in performance over the year that comes to end.
Vitalis Consulting attended the event this year as well, celebrating great projects, deliveries and collaborations and receiving recognition for the hard work performed while coordinating over 60 projects in 2019 only.
Nominated at the CIJ Awards Romania for the 11th time this year, Vitalis has brought home in over 13 years of industry activity a total of 6 awards for the “Best Project Management Company of the Year”.
Providing full construction consultancy services for various real estate sectors, Vitalis achieved over the years a significant portfolio of over 500 construction projects already completed or currently under construction, for more than 300 local and international developers, investors and financial institutions.
This year’s achievements consist mainly in great collaborations concluded, some important deliveries and a significant number of new major projects that entered our portfolio from luxury brand hotels to modern office buildings, exclusive residential compounds and mixed-use projects.
Among important collaborations concluded and strengthened this year, it is worth mentioning the development of 5 major office, residential and mixed-used projects of more than 170,000 sq. m total area and over EUR 200 million investment value for the Romanian developer One United Properties. We are talking about One Controceni Park office project (approx. 80,000 sq. m of GLA), One Peninsula luxury residential building (over 25,000 sq. m), One Verdi Park mixed-used project with residential, office and retail components (21,000 sq. m of GLA), One Herastrau Plaza exclusive residential project and One Tower office building, part of One Floreasca City multifunctional compound (24,000 sq. m of GLA).
Another important collaboration concluded this year is with Hagag Development Europe, part of Hagag Group, for whom Vitalis team is currently coordinating 4 ambitious projects of about EUR 150 million total investment value, in the most exclusive areas of Bucharest: Victoriei 109 modern office building, Victoriei 139 luxury residential project, Pipera H residential compound and Eliade 9 luxury residential building.
Other projects currently under Vitalis team supervision are: Oslo and London office buildings from Sema Park business district, the coordination of the fourth Radisson Blu in Romania and the first luxury brand hotel in Cluj-Napoca, the development of the first Swissôtel in Romania and the highest hotel in Bucharest, the construction of Ibis Style hotel in Bucharest, the refurbishment of iconic building Magazinul Bucuresti and many others.
Among the projects delivered or estimated to be delivered this year, it is worth mentioning: Bujorului Residence residential compound in Craiova, The Light One office building in Bucharest (we are currently coordinating fit-out management works), Timisoara Airport Park II, Mihai Eminescu office building, Gran Via Aviatiei residential compound in Bucharest and several others.
