GranVia Marina is a new residential project developed by Maritimo Residence in Constanta, Romania, under the coordination of Vitalis team.
The exclusive project enjoys excellent location in the north part of Constanta city, at no. 222 Aurel Vlaicu Boulevard, in the proximity of well-known Mamaia tourist resort, benefiting from great accessibility.
GraVia Marina concept is aimed to bring high living standards for future owners, being designed as a mix of Mediterranean influence and an eco-friendly vision, to perfectly suit the Romanian market requests in terms of functionality and cost.
The project consist in the development of a luxury residential compound with three 12-storey buildings and 192 apartments each.
The residential compound is intended for both city residents and holiday homes, as well as for real estate investments, comprising exclusive features for prospective buyers such as: extended green spaces, two outdoor pools, bicycle trails and safe playgrounds for children.
Benefiting from great location, the future residential compound will offer easy access to places of interest in downtown Constanta, being at only 15 minutes away from the city centre, Vivo Shopping Mall and Metro shop. In addition, futures owners will have in the immediate vicinity plenty of educational institutions (schools and high schools), hospitals and private medical clinics.
Within this project Vitalis team was appointed to provide Project and Cost Management services. We are currently handling the first phase of the project, performing infrastructure works for M1 building (Section 1 and 2) and roadside landscaping. We had already finished the works for ground floor and first floor and we are currently working to complete the second floor of the building. The infrastructure works for M1 building, Section 1 and 2 are scheduled to be completed at the end of August 2019.
GranVia Marina project is the second collaboration between Vitalis Consulting and the Beneficiary, as we are also handling the construction of GranVia Aviatiei residential compound located in the northern area of Bucharest, at no. 26 Soldat Gheorghe Buciumat Street. The residential complex will comprise three 6-storey buildings, following the same high standards in living concepts. Within GranVia Aviatiei project we are providing Project Management, Cost Management and Project Monitoring services.
