Last week, on 6th of December at Radisson Blu Hotel, Vitalis Consulting team was pleased to participate at the 11th edition of CIJ Awards Gala Romania 2018, one of the most prestigious events in the Romanian Construction and Real Estate sector.
We found ourselves there among the nominated companies and we were extremely happy and proud to bring home the 6th “Best Project Management Company of the Year” award, as a recognition for all our team’s efforts, hard work and commitment showed during our activity.
Being among the most successful professionals in real estate industry gave us a fulfilling and joyful feeling and we are glad to share our congratulations to all the nominated and award winning companies of this year’s edition.
At the winners’ table of this year’s CIJ Award Gala, we were happy to find many of our collaborators and clients, such us: Globalworth – recognised as the “Best Office Developer of the Year”, CTPark – winner of the “Best Warehouse Development & Developer of the Year” award, Gran Via – rewarded with the “Best Standard Residential Development of the Year” award, One United Properties – winner of the “Best Luxury Residential Development of the Year”, Forte Partners – the “Best Leading Green Development & Developer of the Year” and Raiffeisen Bank – the “Best Bank of the Year”.
Also, we are proud to have in our portfolio some of the award winning projects. Vitalis team assured Project Monitoring services for The Bridge, winner of “Best Leading Green Development & Developer of the Year” and “Best Investment Transaction of the Year” awards. In addition, we provided Project Management services for Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Old Town (winner of “Best 4RE – Refurbishment /Recommercialization/Rebranding/Relaunch” award) and Bistrita Retail Park (winner of “Best Retail Development & Developer of the Year” award).
