Eastern Europe has become an area full of exciting destinations for both business and leisure travellers, this being the reason for which more investments are made in the hotel market. Romania is also seen as a key destination by international investors and developers, new hotels being in progress of construction in Bucharest and not only.
This year Vitalis Consulting concluded a new collaboration with Dentotal for the development of a new Ibis Style Hotel in downtown Bucharest, part of international AccorHotels network.
The new hotel, located on Stirbei Voda Street, will be within walking distance from the Athenaeum, the National Opera House and the main train station Gara de Nord. It is intended to be one of the most upbeat and stylish hotels in Bucharest by using the beautiful local artwork and traditional motives as an inspiration for the interior design.
The building will be displayed on 2U+GF+5F and it will comprise 152 guest rooms, including family rooms and rooms for disabled guests, as well as a luxurious restaurant, an inside bar, conference rooms and its own parking area.
For this project Vitalis Consulting was appointed to provide Project and Cost Management and Site Inspection services. This is our second collaboration with the Beneficiary, as we coordinated the development of the first Mercure Hotel opened in Bucharest back in 2015, for the same Client.
Mercure Hotel, located in the centre of the capital, comprises 114 guest rooms, 3 conference rooms, a fitness room and a restaurant. We provided Project and Cost Management services, as well as Project Monitoring and Facility Management services for this project.
Our experience speaks for itself
We are proud to own a significant portfolio of hotel projects, over the years Vitalis being involved in the development of important international brand hotels in Romania and not only.
In 2014-2015 we have successfully delivered two 4-stars hotels affiliated to International chains: Mercure Hotel in Bucharest City Center, comprising 114 rooms and Ramada Plaza in Craiova with 162 rooms. For both of the above we provided Project and Cost Management services.
Last year we provided Project and Cost Management services, as well as Site Inspection and Health and Safety Coordination for the delivery of Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, designed on 9 levels and 201 rooms.
We have also managed the construction works for the development of three hotels in London, in partnership with Red Sea Group: Riverbank Park Plaza Hotel with 394 rooms, Hercules House Park Plaza Hotel having 494 rooms and Club A40 with 220 rooms.
Besides the development of the new Ibis Hotel on Stirbei Voda Street, we are currently involved in the construction of Expo Tower Hotel, located on Expozitiei Boulevard in Bucharest. The building will be displayed on 3B+GF+M+23F, consisting of 204 rooms and 17 apartments, two restaurants, conference venues, shops, SPA, parking and offices. Outside Bucharest, we are involved in the coordination of the construction works for two hotels, an IBIS in Timisoara (200 rooms) and the Refurbishment and Extension of Hotel Sport in Cluj (140 rooms).
We are pleased to be among the key players on the international hotel market and we are putting all our expertise and commitment to successfully deliver all the projects we are engaged in.
