In over 12 years of industry activity Vitalis Consulting has achieved a significant portfolio of more than 250 local and international satisfied clients, such as investors, developers, commercial and industrial corporations and financial institutions, delivering over 600 projects in more than 3,500,000 sq. m.
This year, we have completed some projects initiated in the previous year and started new ones as a result of existent or new collaborations, some of them being still in progress of execution.
We have built new business partnerships
2018 meant for Vitalis Consulting a year full of new projects, notable achievements and significant collaborations with some of the most important players on the Romanian real estate market.
109 Victoriei modern office building
One of the collaborations started this year that we are proud of is with Hagag Group, an international investor specialized in the development, management and marketing of real estate projects.
Vitalis team was appointed by Hagag Group to provide construction management services for the 109 Victoriei project that will feature a total of 7,036 sq. m of modern office and retail spaces.
Iconic Building “Magazinul Bucuresti”
Another important collaboration concluded this year consist in the rehabilitation of iconic building “Magazinul Bucuresti” located at 36 I. C Bratianu Boulevard 3rd District, Bucharest, with a total surface of 4.235 sq. m.
Vitalis was appointed by the Beneficiary to perform consolidation – reconstruction works, new interior reconfiguration and partial remodelling of facades.
Central – major residential project in Bucharest
2018 also meant the beginning of our first partnership with the Beneficiary of a new major residential project in Bucharest – Central.
Located at no. 216-2018 Vasile Lascar Street in Bucharest, the first phase of the project will comprise the development of 5 buildings with a total of 288 apartments.
The first Hotel IBIS in Timisoara
This year we were also appointed to coordinate the development of the first IBIS hotel in Timisoara, project within we provide Project and Cost Management services, as well as Site Inspection and Health & Safety Coordination.
The hotel will comprise over 200 keys and 4 conference rooms, being our first collaboration with the Beneficiary TIMCO SA (part of Bega Group).
The New Archives Building of Bucharest Chamber of Notaries Public
Our first collaboration with the Bucharest Chamber of Notaries Public started in November 2017, when Vitalis team was appointed to coordinate the development of approx. 3,000 sq. m mixed-use building, located in Cernica town, Ilfov County.

Thus, this year we have strengthened our business relationships with some of our existing partners, by providing professional consultancy services for key construction projects.
Iconic Bran Castle Restoration of Secret Tunnel
This year we have completed a new project in partnership with “The Bran Castle Administration
Company”, which involved the restoration works of “Secret Tunnel”, having approximately 40 meters long and reaching the 34 sq. m long well of the fountain where the Queen’s elevator was.
Our collaboration with the Bran Castle dates back to 2015, when we provided Site Inspection Services for this client and coordinated refurbishment and modernization works for the Queen’s Mary Tea House.
In 2016, the collaboration continued with another successful project which required the restoration of the castle facade.
Colosseum retail Park extension
At the beginning of April 2018 Vitalis Consulting and Nova Imobiliare, the developer of Colosseum Retail Park, has started a new collaboration which involves the extension of the current retail scheme with a new brand concept. The extension of Colosseum Retail Park will add 16,500 sq. m GLA and more than 50 tenants, including a modern cinema multiplex and a fitness centre.
Vitalis also coordinated the construction of Colosseum Mall, when our team was assigned to provide project management services, including design management, tenant’s coordination, construction permits monitoring and tender procedures.
New IBIS Hotel in Bucharest
As a second collaboration with the Beneficiary, this year we started the development of a new hotel in Bucharest, ideally located at Stirbei Voda Street.
The new hotel will have 152 keys, conference rooms, shops and restaurant and Vitalis team will provide Project and Cost Management and Site Inspection services.
Our first collaboration with this Client was for the development of the first Hotel Mercure opened in Bucharest having 114 keys, 3 conference rooms, fitness room and restaurant, project within Vitalis provided Project and Cost Management, Project Monitoring and Facility Management services.
We are rewarded through work recognition
During our activity, we received professional recognition within the CIJ Awards Gala, where we have won 5 “Best Project Management Company of the Year” awards out of 9 nominations.
This year we find ourselves again among the companies nominated for the 10th time already for the same category within the prestigious real estate event.
