The 10th edition of CIJ Awards Gala Romania will gather together the most important actors from Romanian construction and real estate market that have enjoyed notable achievements over the last year, in order to celebrate successful projects and companies.
Vitalis Consulting is proud to be among the companies nominated for the ninth time already for the “Best Project Management Company of the Year”, as well as for the second time for “Environmental Social and Sustainability Award (ESSA)”.
During 11 years of industry experience, Vitalis delivered over 100 buildings, exceeding 3,200,000 sq. m, our business partners’ portfolio including over 250 local and international clients. With an extended experience on the local and international construction market and a professional team of experts, Vitalis is currently coordinating over 60 projects, all over Romania, from various areas, such as: office, retail, hospitality, residential and industrial.
Our efforts for permanent improvement, the forward thinking and the implementation of a client oriented strategy have been rewarded through professional recognition within the CIJ Award Gala over the years, as Vitalis won the “Best Project Management Company of the Year” Award in four consecutive years, in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
Moreover, the general focus on sustainable building through some major action areas of practices, such as efficiently using energy, water and other resources, protecting occupant health and improving employee productivity, reducing waste, pollution and environmental degradation, brought us the second ESSA nomination this year.
This year’s award ceremony will take place on 7th December 2017, at Radisson Blue Hotel, in Bucharest.
