After a very good year for the Romanian real estate and construction sectors, on 3rd December 2015, CIJ Awards Romania has brought together all companies who have enjoyed notable achievements over the last year, in order to recognizes and celebrates projects as well as companies that excelled in performance.
Nominated at the CIJ Awards for the seventh time already, Vitalis Consulting won the “Project Management Company of the Year” Award in four consecutive years, in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
Vitalis team of 50 is full of experience and expertise, having been part of some of the most important projects around Romania over the past 9 years.
Over the last year Vitalis has managed to expand services both domestically and internationally.
In 2015, Vitalis Consulting has been involved in over 40 major projects started in previous years and completed this year or started recently.
Office sector projects include: Moldova Center – Iasi (about 17,000 sq. m), Coresi Business Park – Brasov (about 6,700 sq. m); Ethos House – Bucharest (7-Storey office building).
Among completed hotels are: Hotel Mercure Bucharest (114 rooms), Ramada Plaza Craiova (162 rooms), Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest Hotel (210 apartments and rooms).
Residential projects include: Greenfield Residence (nine 5-Storey residential buildings finalized, plus seventeen 5-Storey residential buildings under construction) City Point (approx. 125,000 sq. m) Central Point (about 3,500 sq. m) Bujorului Residence –Craiova (about 32,000 sq. m), Vernescu Residence (totalizing 36 high end apartments), etc.
The 2015 achievements may continue with other projects such as Winmarkt Shopping Centers in Galati, Piatra-Neamt and Ploiesti and Mercur Craiova in progress and Historical Building Ion Campineanu 6-Storey mixed-use Development.
With respect to our international experience, Vitalis has a strong team solely focused on U.K. construction market. Currently we are coordinating the construction works for three hotels in London, Hercules House Park Plaza Hotel (comprising 438 units), Riverbank Park Plaza Hotel (comprising 394 units), Club A 40 Hotel (comprising 300 units).
We are glad that the construction sector reached pre-crisis level and Romania has become a business-friendly environment for both local players and foreign investors and developers as well.
