Vitalis Consulting has another project underway, for which provides Project Management and Health & Safety Services. Started in 2006, the Greenfield Residence Project is still expanding with others new buildings. The first phase of the project comprises 34 villas and 680 apartments and covers an area of 10 ha.
The residential complex is located in Baneasa, close to the shopping centers in the area, and to the National Road DN1 and Bucharest Ring Road which are just about a few minutes away.
Even if the project is located in Bucharest, the community who already live there can only be happy to be in the heart of the woods which ensures the perfect balance between the wish to live a healthier life and the need to be part of a dynamic and urban life, typical for an European capital. The second phase of Greenfield started in June 2014, with Vitalis Consulting as Project Manager. The first nine 5-storey buildings, which create Salcamilor District, comprise 252 apartments with a total build surface area of 21,000 sq. m.
After the successful delivery of these 9 blocks in May 2015, continued to collaborate with IMPACT Developer & Contractor for the construction of another 17 5-storey buildings, in order to meet the high demand for residential buildings and to ensure its future owners the highest quality and safety standards.
The complex also offers many facilities for the community, such as minimarket, pharmacy, ATM, basketball court, college campus, children’s playgrounds, terrace and secure access to the complex.
Over the next 18 months, a new Community Centre of 9,600 sq. m is planned to be developed, in order for residents to have access to comprehensive public services that any family needs, with also a Spa center complex.
