Vitalis Consulting team provides Project Monitoring services to Coresi Business Park on the upcoming phase of the project, scheduled for completion in Q2 2016. Coresi Business Park is one of the major urban regeneration projects in Romania, transforming the former Tractorul industrial platform. Positioned at the core of Brasov’s new district, Coresi, less than 1.5km away from the civic center of Brasov and 150 m from the Central Train Station, Coresi Business Park is highly accessible and benefits from great amenities in its vicinity, including Coresi Shopping Resort, Brasov’s only mall.
Coresi Business Park spans over 12 ha. The first phase consists of four legacy buildings (Central Building, Park Office, T39 Building, T42 Building), refurbished and already converted to modern offices.
The converted buildings provide 26,000 sq. m GBA of A class office space and are fully leased to international clients such as Raiffeisen, IBM, CGS etc. The project’s master plan also features 10 new, modern, low-rise office buildings (GF+3F/4F), adding up to a total GBA of 100,000 sq. m, over the next 10 years. With over 20,000 sq. m of existing green, landscaped areas, Coresi Business Park offers a balanced work environment, with outdoor relaxation within reach. Unlimited parking is available on the premise and in its proximity, both for cars and for bicycles.
