Hercules House, a government-let office tower close to London’s Waterloo Station is to be converted into a 438 units, 4 star hotel, named Park Plaza Hercules House Hotel.
Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel is a 394 units, 4 star London hotel on the south bank of the River Thames, opposite the Tate Britain art gallery, requiring renovations.
Within this two projects Vitalis Consulting provides Construction Consultancy Services, alongside Creative Construct Tim Company.
