Vitalis Consulting was selected Best Project Management Company of the Year, for the second year in a raw. The awards „Project Management Company of the Year” was granted within CiJ Awards Gala on Thursday, 6th December, at Athenee Palace Hilton Bucharest. In the process of selection, factors such as the success rate of the projects in 2012 or the presence on the market (at least two years) were considered. An important issue was that the juries only considered the projects developed in Romania.
It is for the second year in a raw when the company receives this award, within the five years since CEE CIJ (Central& Eastern Europe Real Estate Magazine) organizes the event. In more than 6 years, Vitalis Consulting dealt with projects of more than 850,000,000 € , from over 100 Clients, totalizing more than 1,275,000 sqm.
In 2012, Vitalis Consulting has / is been involved in approximately 17 project, offering construction consultancy services as: Technical Due Diligence on acquisition of property, Project Management, Cost Management, Design Coordination, Health & Safety Coordination, Site Inspector, Project Monitor and many other specialized services in the construction.
