Vitalis Consulting recently obtained the Energy Performance Certificate for Monaco Towers, a residential and commercial project developed by S.C. Marble House S.R.L. in the Southern Part of Bucharest, a project of approx. 37 709 sqm. The project was completed in 2010 and includes two residential buildings and one commercial building located in Berceni street, Bucharest, district one. The construction helds 304 apartments, 2B+ P+22 for the two residential buildings and the commercial building has P+1.
The Monaco Towers residential compound promises to become a reference point in an area undergoing an extraordinary economic development period.
