Vitalis Consulting has completed the cost and project management assignment for Schneider Electric Romania. The project consisted in design and fit-out of a total gross area of 2173 sqm located in Euro Tower – 11 Dinu Vintila Street, District 2, Bucharest.
Throughout the implementation stages Vitalis Consulting team was involved with technical survey, negotiations, organizing of the tender processes, full cost control and coordination of the teams on site in order to make sure that all the client’s standards are met.
The fit-out works started in April 2009 and the new offices were delivered to the client on 21st of May 2010.
