Romanian Green Building Council (RoGBC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to sustainable building design and construction.
RoGBC main objectives are to promote energy efficiency and application of the principles of ecological construction through disseminating information and organizing training. Also, they create standards for ecological construction and provide green certification for implementation. Furthermore, they will support the creation of a favorable legal background to environment development of green buildings.
RoGBC founding members include Vitalis Consulting along with Holcim, Cliffod Chance, Epstein, Corporate Office Solutions and other companies operating on various market segments.
The official launch of RoGBC will be held at the Radisson Hotel in Bucharest on 14th October 2008.
